Michelle believes that helping others is an interactive process of understanding obstacles and setting goals and making commitments. She helps individuals find solutions to the complexities of life. For students that may be how to be successful in school and balance home and school life. For adults, it may be how to grow professionally or how to support other family members in life transitions. In either situation, Michelle is committed to helping others grow their potential.
Over the past 25 years, she has worked with educators, parents and individual students to identify and define concerns as well as initiate and follow through with solutions to address the concerns. She is known for engaging in thoughtful, reflective discussions in a relaxed, down to earth atmosphere.
Michelle offers two types of services: executive functioning coaching and consultation. She has vast experience setting up for success during major life transitions such as school, college, work, and meeting the needs of aging parents.
