Bring on Resilience!

Resilience is defined as being able to recover from stress, adversity, or difficulty. It is not easy and resilient people have certain characteristics that help them step forward after difficult times. Resilient people are self-aware and know boundaries. They believe in self-care and taking control of a difficult situation and focus on making it better. Resilient people are often flexible in their thinking, have a strong sense of connection with others, and can persist when times are tough. Read more about ways to build resilience during this time.
