Michelle is so supportive of teachers! She is a great listener and advocate, always willing to think through a problem and to brainstorm creatively about how to best support kids who are struggling and the teachers who care about them.

From elementary school student to adult educator, I have benefited from Michelle's coaching over the span of two decades!
